A national final for a Rosario project
Tecnoteca Rosario is listed among the finalists for the 22nd edition of the 2026 Sadosky Awards, whose awards ceremony is scheduled for Wednesday, October 14, according to the official CESSI SummIT website.
The news places a municipal public space from Rosario within a national technology-sector competition. The city’s official communication reported on October 13 that Tecnoteca had been selected as a finalist in the talent training area, while the awards website lists it among the finalists eligible for the community vote.
What Tecnoteca is
Rosario’s city government describes Tecnoteca as a public space for innovation, inclusion and technology training. It operates at Galpón 13, Estevez Boero 774, and its program is especially aimed at connecting young people with technology, work and digital creativity.
The 2026 academic offering published by the municipality includes training paths linked to digital trades and current tools: online stores, social media, virtual sales assistants, audio, videogames, 3D printing, artificial intelligence for automation and vibe coding, among other subjects.
Why it matters now
The relevant point is not only the nomination: the ceremony takes place on October 14, and the Sadosky Community Award allows voting among finalists until the close during the event, according to CESSI’s official page.
For Rosario, the final works as a showcase for an urban policy that connects education, employability and access to technology outside Buenos Aires. Rather than a tech agenda centered only on major companies, the case shows how a city can claim space through a public, neighborhood-based facility.
