What opens, and when

Tulipanes Patagonia opens its 2026 season in Trevelin, Chubut, on Wednesday, October 7, and will run through Saturday, November 7, according to the Municipality of Trevelin. The announced hours are daily from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

The timing falls in Patagonian spring and gives visitors a limited window to plan a trip. The municipal information lists general admission at ARS 45,000 and free entry for children under 12. Since prices can change, visitors should confirm details before setting out.

What is new this year

For this season, an updated self-guided route was announced, with interpretive signs and more visual content, as well as a renewed audiovisual room.

An electric cart was also added to help people with reduced mobility move around the property. If that service is essential for planning the outing, it is best to ask in advance how it works and when it will be available.

Services and details to check before going

The proposal includes lunch service at the restaurant and tea house, along with a community information booth covering regional tourist, cultural, gastronomic and productive attractions.

Before traveling from another city, visitors should check through official channels how to buy tickets, payment methods, parking, pet policy, road conditions, available transport and any weather-related changes.

Tulip Festival

The Fiesta de los Tulipanes is planned for the weekend of November 7 and is being organized with Patagonia Bush Pilots, according to the municipal information.

For now, the most useful approach is to treat that weekend as a date to watch and wait for the full program before building a fixed itinerary.
